This year we are only servicing previous Farm Share Members. We'll be back in 2025 with regular scheduled programming :) If you are not a current member, you can use the below form to sign up for the Wait List.

We are offering 4 options, all of which are the same size... 8 - 10 items per bin. The duration of the program is based on the option you select. 

Pick up will always be Wednesday. Either at the Farm, Tosa, Milwaukee, Brookfield or the North Shore on Wednesdays. Doorstop delivery available for an additional fee ($6 per delivery). HDFH half dozen eggs will be one of the items on the order form.

You'll receive an email from us end of February after we have reviewed all sign ups. This email from us will have an update about your participation, give you a chance to confirm interest, and provide you payment details to secure your spot.

For those that sign up for delivery, your participation is dependent on our delivery route. Applying for delivery does not guarantee you will receive it. Your confirmation email will have more details on this.

Cost for Weekly members is split between 3 installments. Cost for BiWeekly and Short Season members is split between 2 installments. First payment due APRIL 1st. Cost for Summer 5 and the Weekend Flex is 1 payment due June 5th.

This year we will be adding a new program! The "Weekend Flex Share". For $100 you will receive $120 worth of veggies or flowers. You'll be able to use these funds via our online Farm Stand (Sunday pick up; online orders taken from Thursday - Saturday), or when shopping at the Tosa Farmers Market.
