I skipped growing caulifllower for so long because I couldn't find a variety I liked until this one came along! It's the easiest plant to maintain. Superior wrap and adaptability. The big, heavy, well-domed heads have large wrapper leaves that protect them from the sun, resulting in excellent color and head quality. It's unbelievably tasty and easy to grow.
 
**For those that get cabbage worms, I would recommend a little spritz of BT. About this organic bacteria here: https://npic.orst.edu/ingred/bt.html. Even hand picking cabbage worms off usually is tireless, because you don't get all the larvae. Check Steins or your local nursery for organic certified cabbage worm management... Monterey Garden has easy products. 1 application when you see them and your good to go for the season. Or use frost cloth, but be careful of temps as frost cloth causes bolting.
