What is a Farm Share?
A Farm Share is our version of a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture).
By purchasing a share with our farm, our members make an upfront commitment of support and secure a share of the harvest.
Members make our whole farm possible!
Each week, members will receive a reusable blue bin overflowing with our best seasonal produce grown right here on the farm. Our shares include a variety of vegetables, herbs and flowers all grown with environmentally responsible practices.

Even better, you get to pick out your Farm Share items each week, getting you exactly what you want! One of our favorite parts of the Farm Share program is getting to connect with YOU every single week for the entire season. We’re a fairly small program, filled with Milwaukee-area veggie lovers, and we love growing food that feeds your families!

Timing
This season begins Wednesday, June 7th and runs for 22 weeks.

Farm Shares will be available for pick up or delivery on Wednesdays each week.
How does this
Farm Share work?
On Mondays, we send you an order form. The offerings represent what is available on the farm at that point in time.
Make your selections by Tuesday afternoon, at 1pm. We may contact you if we have questions or updates to the offerings in response to your selections. It’s a quick turnaround, so please be on the lookout.
We will drop off or deliver the bin on Wednesday at the location of your choosing.
Pick Up Times & Locations
We understand life gets crazy, especially during summer holidays, but we ask that by committing to this program you help us out by setting a reminder on your busy calendar to pick up. Any bins not picked up will be donated to the Menomonee Falls Food Pantry. Pick Up location spots are limited.

Farm Share members are offered discounted bulk produce as well as free seconds throughout the season. For 2023, our Eggs will be included in the items by the half dozen only.
Add-Ons
In effort to support local businesses with a similar mission to HDFH, we offer add-ons throughout the season. Items like bread, coffee, microgreens and more are available on a week-by-week basis.
Payment

• First installment is due by April 1st.
• Second (and final for biweekly) installment is due July 1st.
• Third installment for weekly members due Sept. 1st

We never want the cost to deter our Farm Share friends. If you would like to join, but need to pay in more than 3 installments please contact us, we’d be happy to help.

Is a Farm Share for you?
Here are a few reasons why members sign up with us:

A genuine love for veggies
We got into farming because straight-from-the-ground veggies taste the best and last the longest. There is a fresh flavor in our spinach, and a sugary snap to the carrots that you can’t find in grocery stores. Also, those that love veggies know there’s more to it than just taste—veggies are loaded with tons of health benefits. The Farm Share program makes it possible to create meals entirely with vegetables, eliminating the need for the weekly grocery shopping.

Care for our local community
Our farm is more than just a food source—it offers hands-on experience with nature and interactions with friends and families. Our goal is to create these moments out in the field—picking flowers, harvesting veggies, and enjoying time together. Or these moments of togetherness at home—cooking up a meal for a family, prepping veggies with kids, or sharing recipes for the holidays. We care about the people we serve, and really want our members to have a good experience with this program.

Care about our planet
Investing in a Farm Share helps support the biodiversity and health of our land. Growing food organically calls for practices that do not harm animals, insects and us as human beings. Additionally, adding more veggies to your diet (and dare I say decreasing meat consumption to a Wisconsinsite?) is a great way to make a positive impact on our environment.
