Flower Pack specially curated for culinary and medicinal use. Include:
German Chamomile: Small, sweet-smelling, daisy-like flowers. Tea made from the flowers aids digestion and acts as a gentle sleep inducer. The flowers can be used to garnish salads, desserts, and drinks. Flavor is slightly sweet and of chamomile.
Dyers Chamomile: Highly valued for its ability to produce vibrant natural yellow dyes. Its sun-yellow blooms and delicate foliage make for a stunning addition to any perennial garden. Its large, cheery flowers are commonly used for tea or for adding a yellow color and charm to your crafting and fabric projects. A low maintenance perennial, typically reaching up to 2 feet in height. Not a true chamomile.
Bee balm (also called Lemon Mint): Used by Native Americans for medicinal and culinary purposes, the citrus-flavored leaves of lemon mint can be minced and added to fruit jellies. Its beautiful purple bracts, held on 24-30" tall plants, are aromatic and colorful in the fall and attract bees.
Nasturtium: We never can get enough "nastys" at our farm. Love the creeping and trailing nature of it, and edible flowers.
