Butternut (Waltham): By far the most widely grown open-pollinated butternut with delicious, finely textured dark orange flesh.Uniform fruits with smooth, tan skin that is easily peeled with a potato peeler. Our strain has been selected for uniformity of size, shape and yields. Excellent keeper if cured properly.
Spaghetti Squash (Pinnacle)- Consistent medium-small size. Smaller and more uniform than open-pollinated varieties for a more predictable outcome (compared to other spaghetti squash varieties). Slightly sweet, nutty flavor. An excellent pasta alternative—bake or boil, fork out the flesh, and top the "spaghetti" with your favorite sauce. Attractive, bright lemon-yellow shell. High-yielding semibush plants.
Sugar Pie Pumpkin (Cinnamon Girl): Beautiful ornamental with excellent eating quality. Thanksgiving pumpkin pie here we come! I've found this variety to have the best storage life and stems compared to other varieties.
